What to Expect on Your First Visit
Warm Welcome and Paperwork
You will be greeted by our friendly staff and guided through any necessary paperwork. If you wish to streamline the process, you can also complete forms online in advance. Online patient forms can be downloaded and filled out in advance.
Medical and Dental History
Dr. John Khoury and his staff will ask you some questions regarding your overall health status, medical history, and previous dental procedures and conditions. By providing us with this information, we will be able to determine the best course of action for your dental health. Additionally, we will use this information to customize your treatment plan.
Comprehensive Dental Exam
Dr. John Khoury will examine your teeth, gums, and overall oral health and discuss any concerns you may have. Our dentist will also ask about your dental habits, past procedures, and patient expectations.
X-rays and Imaging
X-rays and other images may be taken if needed to obtain a clearer view of your teeth and jaw structure so that we can provide you with an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment.
Tailored Treatment Plan
Based on your needs and goals, Dr. Khoury will design a comprehensive treatment plan that fits your needs and goals after the exam.
Q&A Session
