CEREC crowns from John Khoury Dental provide you with a dental crown on the same day as your appointment. Traditional dental crowns may take weeks to manufacture and fit. However, CEREC crowns come from our in-house CEREC milling machine to quickly attend to your dental needs.

Whether you chip a tooth or lose a crown, our CEREC crown process gives you back your smile without a lengthy wait!

Attractive and Long-Lasting Dental Crowns

Here at John Khoury Dental, our patients love that CEREC dental crowns are highly attractive due to their ability to be accurately matched to the color and shape of natural teeth. This results in a seamless and aesthetically pleasing restoration. Furthermore, these crowns are made from durable ceramic materials, offering long-lasting strength and resistance to wear and ensuring a reliable solution for damaged or decayed teeth. Additionally, the CEREC technology allows for the creation and placement of crowns in a single dental visit, enhancing convenience and efficiency for patients.

Other Benefits of CEREC crowns include:

  • A new, permanent crown in one appointment
  • No temporary crowns
  • Made from durable materials
  • A less invasive dental procedure
  • Matches the color of your natural teeth
  • A better bite by the end of the day!

What Are CEREC Crowns Made Of?

Some CEREC crowns use gold alloy (gold mixed with other metals like nickel, palladium, or chromium) to give you a durable crown. Other crowns more popular today include PFM (porcelain fused to metal), crowns that offer similar durability to gold ones and a much better aesthetic.

At John Khoury Dental, we prefer using ceramic crowns. They offer superior durability and will look the most like your natural teeth.

What Is the CEREC Crown Process?

After you’ve arrived at our dental practice, we’ll look at your teeth and note which ones could use a crown. We prepare the tooth by removing some enamel from its surface. Then, we use a CEREC crown created by our in-house dental laboratory to repair or replace your tooth.

By the end of the visit, you have a permanent crown to complete your smile.
